REBA Release 3.3
We are pleased to introduce the latest updates in our REBA Platform 3.3 release. This version continues to build on our commitment to enhancing integration, data quality, user interface, and overall functionality. Our goal is to equip you with more efficient tools that streamline processes, reduce manual data handling, and deliver superior outcomes.

Key Features & Updates REBA Amenities
Amenity & Unit Data
- Incorporates importing REBA Platform data for building-floor-stack and/or building-unit numbers.
- Enhanced import function includes traditional paint-by-numbers and automapping features.
Availability Snapshot Overlay
- Integrates availability data from REBA, eliminating the need for Excel spreadsheets or data wrangling.
- Availability data overlay can be accessed at the push of a button.
Square Feet Offset Analysis
- Data pulls directly from the REBA platform with the "Import from REBA" button.
- Manual entry of offset data allows easy amendment of upload errors.
- Available data includes basic floor plan details, revenue management data, and pricing group information for REBA Rent customers.
REBA BI
Data Quality Improvements
- Automatic import of one year of property history for new properties added in Entrata, and Yardi GL Segment department mapping in MDM.
Data Sets
- Added integration support for Grace Hill Validate in the Secret Shop data model.
Notable Bug Fixes
- Cosigners coming from Funnel will no longer show up in the Customer Appointment table in the cube.
REBA Budget
Budget Workflow Updates
- Workflow updates include multi-select for Profit Centers, enhanced notifications, and the ability to recalculate line-items when accounting periods shift.
- Admin tools now allow easier role assignment and workflow setup customization.
Line Item Recalculation
- Admins can recalculate line items impacted by moving the Current Accounting Period forward.
- Shifting the Current Month (e.g., from September to October) automatically updates amounts from forecasted to actual results.
- The Reprocess Calculations link updates all affected line items without manual intervention.
- Requires a setting adjustment in Roles.
REBA Rent
Rent Control Rent Engine Incorporation
- Customizable UI for rent control rules, with seven restriction types.
- Rent control can be applied at any portfolio level, down to individual units.
- Flexible timing options, including permanent, date range, and emergency.
- Options to include MTM, all terms, or best term only.
- Configurable starting rent type, with options for minimum rent in the past 12 months.
UI Enhancements
- Updated reports, including a new Trade Out tab for summarized and lease-level trade-out information with drill-down capabilities.
- The Lease Trade Out tab is now renamed to "Monthly Analysis."
- The Dashboard tab has been revamped to display new lease pricing details on all available units, with a resized visual and reoriented visual cards, removing the time series charts.
- The Engine tab now includes Calibration Rent (Gross) and Calibration Rent (Effective) in the Pricing Group Rents visual tooltip.
- The Summary tab features new metrics and updated variance formatting.
- Added a new Lease Pricing Report.Fixed bugs related to syncing slicers across tabs.Introduced the ability to tab through all input fields on LEM, Parameters, Alerts, etc.
- Addressed bugs where two decimal places couldn’t be entered on renewal profiles and where Final Targets were not showing up properly in the UI.Resolved a mismatch issue in the tree view counts in the Alerts Dashboard.
- Fixed a bug allowing negative thresholds for the "Rec Rent Below Prior Rent" alert.
- Implemented various other UI bug fixes and improvements.
