THE OPPORTUNITY

Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) is on a mission to change how apartment owners and operators use data. A well-funded, 5+ year old fast-growth software company in the real estate technology space is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our clients in a state of the art, cloud-based business intelligence solution and related applications. With the direction of an established and experienced leadership team, this position will own the satisfaction and success of our clients who use one or more of our four products, REBA BI, REBA Rent, REBA Budget and REBA Amenities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced self-starter to get in early on a modern business intelligence platform. As the company grows, there will be opportunities to transition into other related initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create an environment of success for our REBA customers
    • Assist client with product adoption through skilled change management practices
    • Communicate effectively
    • Set appropriate expectations
    • Train customers using REBA’s various products
    • Assist clients with report request requirements
    • Conduct regular customer meetings to include Executive level touchpoints
    • Support client service requests (data questions, enhancement requests, etc.)
    • Collaborate across teams with Sales, Training, Engineering, and Product.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Experience

  • Multi-family experience with a preference for Corporate level operations
  • Revenue Management experience using one of the SaaS RM systems
  • Strong change management and training skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office with experience in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables for data review and research


Communication and Other Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage constantly changing and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Experience working in collaborative settings with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Experience in multifamily housing and/or single-family rental environments preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Revenue management experience (3+ years)
  • Multi-family Operations (3+ years)
  • Property management systems (Yardi, MRI, Entrata, etc.)
  • Financial management systems (budgeting and forecasting)
  • Business intelligence or reporting systems (PMS or third-party reporting systems)
  • Data/technology related project management
  • Some exposure to SQL and research using Excel Pivot tables
