San Diego Pricing Ordinance
In May 2025, San Diego joined the ranks of municipalities that passed new laws regulating rental pricing algorithms. To their credit, and unlike most other legislative actions, they titled the law rather accurately—calling it an ordinance “relating to prohibiting anti-competitive automated rent-fixing.”
