We're currently seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to advance their career in sales by joining us as Director of Business Development and responsible for co-managing our Ideal customer target accounts. Our ideal candidate has relevant experience in apartment management and in SAAS  sales.

The adoption of the REBA platform is rapidly accelerating, and we prioritize a confident yet humble approach. We achieve this by drawing from our experience in the apartment industry and coaching prospects on the value of our tools using an "I've been there before" methodology. In this role, each director dedicates themselves to prospecting, qualifying, and securing business within their designated group of accounts.

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive sales and product training. Your responsibilities include acquiring new customers and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be assigned specific revenue targets and activity duties, with a focus on engaging owners and managers overseeing 10,000+ units. The primary focus on this position is to sell our business intelligence, revenue management and budgeting software applications.

The base compensation for this position is competitive, with total commission earnings potentially exceeding $350,000. Don't forget about our excellent medical, PTO, and 401k benefits!

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3+ years' experience working with fee or owner operators. We want to see that you “know the business”.
  • 3+ years selling new technology solutions to the multifamily industry and to groups with more than 10,000 units. We want to see that you can close business.
  • This includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Strong skills in generating new sales and add-on sales within your territory or named accounts.
  • Proven ability to consistently research and generate new opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach when selling our solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • ROI Presentation: Clearly demonstrate the ROI for prospects.
  • Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be technologically savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and with HubSpot
