ABM Demand Generation Manager

Job Description

The ABM Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing highly targeted account based marketing strategies that focus on building relationships with key accounts, personas, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive a personalized sales experience. We are looking for someone who can be a player coach, taking full ownership of ABM campaigns, account tiering, reporting and management activities. The perfect candidate has an analytical mindset with a creative outlook - able to craft a big-picture vision to generate demand while getting into the granular data to validate, iterate, and pivot based on campaign performance. The ABM Demand Generation Manager will be an integral member of the Go-To-Market team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role will have management responsibilities overseeing a team of Sales Coordinator(s).

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create an accounting tiering strategy and ensure pull-thru and enablement

  • Develop, execute, and manage innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage

  • Own repeatable, scalable demand generation campaigns that impact all funnel stages - increasing brand engagement and driving new opportunities to our sales team

  • Assist in quarterly demand generation campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from marketing and sales

  • Utilize the Hubspot platform to own and execute demand generation activities including, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more

  • Manage all ABM efforts for 90+ target accounts, building intentional campaigns based on deep account research, partnership with sales & account data

  • Refine persona based messaging to continually iterate on campaigns, staying one step ahead of the industry and anticipating what will resonate with potential new customers in partnership with Database Marketing Manager

  • Track campaign performance and associated spending, down to the most granular details, and
    provide roll-up reporting to leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent
  • 4+ years demand generation or ABM, required
  • Has managed a small team in the past
  • Strong experience with marketing automation technology such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce required
  • Proficiency in multi-channel marketing including email marketing, webinars, social, blogs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B tech campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong creative and analytical mindset
  • Highly collaborative and able to operate within small team
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex multiple projects
