New Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Growth at Real Estate Business Analytics

REBA appoints experienced Go to Market leader, Tim McInerney, to lead sales and marketing team.

Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim McInerney as Chief Revenue Officer. Tim brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily and proptech industries and has a proven track record in achieving high growth metrics for his organizations, from startups to large publicly traded companies.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Tim will be responsible for leading and executing the company's revenue strategy, driving new business development, and managing key customer relationships. He will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that REBA continues to deliver value to its customers and achieve its growth objectives.

"As REBA continues to experience increased growth, we knew it was time to bring in a seasoned business development leader,” said Donald Davidoff, CEO & Co-Founder of REBA. “We are fortunate to have Tim in a position to lead our entire go-to-market efforts as we continue our mission to change how the rental housing industry uses data.”

Prior to joining REBA, Tim held sales and strategy leadership positions with AppFolio, Pillow (acquired by Expedia Group), and LRO (acquired by RealPage). “I am excited to be at REBA because I’ve seen, and felt, the need in the industry for a best-in-class multifamily-first platform that can combine data from separate systems into one version of truth,” stated McInerney. “I’m eager to build on the momentum the team has gained in the past year and deploy solutions that solve client pain points.”

Tim is a California native who enjoys year-round outdoor activities such as skiing and boating with his wife and kids. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Westmont College and a real estate certificate from Cornell.
