About Daniel Cunningham

Daniel Cunningham is a technologist, author, and recognized thought leader in the field of real estate management. In 2014, Cunningham launched the SaaS company Leonardo247 to help real estate operators ensure on-site teams are complying with corporate standards and procedures. Cunningham is also the author “365 Days of Property Management” and prior to founding Leonardo247 he served as Director of Asset Management for AIMCO, co-founded sustainable homebuilder LivingHomes, and started his own property management company in Los Angeles, CA. Cunningham has a Civil Engineering degree from University of Arizona.
