Our product and sales teams had a fantastic showing at NAA Apartmentalize in New Orleans last week! The energy at the booth was incredible and it was a great opportunity to connect with customers, meet prospects and showcase what we've been building. A huge thank you to everyone who represented REBA on the floor.

Self-Generating Database Documentation

In case you missed it, Alicia Mendoza demoed a feature that automatically generates live documentation for the REBA BI database, tied directly to whichever build version a client environment is running. The link in REBA Central reflects the exact schema and structure of that environment's release. The documentation is now available starting on version 4.0.1.325.

Under the hood, it's generated as a build artifact on every successful build and stored in blob storage, keeping in sync with what's deployed. It's also already wired into CHUK and Claude Code for developers using AI-assisted workflows.

Alaskan Cruise

Marc and his family recently returned from an Alaskan adventure aboard a Princess Cruise! Along the way, they explored Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market before heading north to Alaska, where they tried their hand at panning for gold and got to hold some adorable sled dog puppies. Sounds like an incredible trip!

Glacier National Park

Chelsea had the chance to visit Glacier National Park with family in May and had an incredible time. "It was my first visit to Montana and I was amazed by the scenery while my kids loved hiking, playing with cousins and exploring the outdoors. The highlight of the trip was riding e-bikes along Going-to-the-Sun Road and taking in the breathtaking views, all with perfect weather to enjoy it."

Upgrade to 3.9

Edward Rose upgraded to 3.9 this week and it could not have gone better. The process was seamless, their ETL finished ahead of schedule and the team delivered the best possible outcome. A huge relief all around — and a great example of what a smooth upgrade looks like.

Bridge Property Management
REBA Rent

Bridge kicked off their REBA Rent implementation back in February with an ambitious goal: all properties live by end of June. That goal is being met. We've successfully completed 5 of 6 waves, bringing 45,743 units live on schedule — all within a planned 3-month timeline. Every training and go-live has executed on time.

A few things that made this work:

  • A clearly defined 6-wave project timeline drafted during the sales process
  • Strong partnership between GTM, PIL, and IM
  • A dedicated Bridge point of contact who is a true REBA advocate
  • Weekly check-ins keeping all stakeholders aligned
  • Proactive planning for future waves, eliminating surprises

A special shoutout to Jonathan Draper and James Williamson for their exceptional support with Bridge's Rent Reporting needs — their work was critical to this rollout's success.

We're not done yet. One more wave is on the horizon, set to bring an additional 8,900 units live and push the total well past 55,000 units, exceeding $1.35M in ARR.
