Rob Hayden is a real estate and technology expert.  He transitioned from a venture capital firm focusing on real estate investments to becoming a key player at Jetty, a real estate startup dedicated to making home rentals more affordable.  

As a founding member of Jetty, Rob played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and strategy, even before turning 30. His forward-thinking approach led to the creation of deposit alternatives in 2017, a revolutionary concept in the housing industry. Rob's efforts have driven Jetty's sales distribution to over 1 million contracted units to date. Prior to his time in the Real Estate space, rob spent his time as a Director at New York Life Ventures.
