As we prepare for our 3rd annual Insights user conference in Vail this April 13-15, I can’t help but reflect on how much the world of technology has changed since our last meeting just under a year ago; and how much REBA has changed with it.
In a very short time, we’ve earned the reputation for delivering a powerful, content-rich program jam packed with useful ideas registrants can take back to their offices and use. And this year will be no exception.
Here’s just a sampling of what you can expect from us:
- A year ago, we announced rebaAI—not a specific product but rather a capability that will permeate all the REBA products. In Vail, we’ll show you the fruits of our labor. AI Insights, AI chat with our applications and the roadmap that establishes the REBA Connected Analytics Platform as the leader in the industry. All part of how we help our customers make better decisions, faster!
- We’ll dive into how the nexus of 1st party data with 3rd party data creates unsurpassed insights. This is what drove us to purchase Markerr with its unsurpassed history of 3rd party data.
- A deep conversation about where PRM is going. We are seeing a clear stabilization in the new rules from a legislative and regulatory perspective, and we’ve positioned REBA Rent as not only the safest but also the most effective and flexible pricing system in the industry. We’ll make sure you know how to get the most out of this application to reduce total cost of ownership, leverage its radical transparency and handle the myriad of special circumstances that confront you every day.
- As with prior conferences, we’ll also put a premium on helping with change management. It doesn’t matter how great the software is if you can’t get users to engage. We’ll show off our latest product, REBA BI TrueSight, designed for ease-of-use by community and regional managers. Its initial functionality is center-target for this audience: scorecarding and variance analysis—another case of enabling better decisions, faster!
- New this year, we are introducing an executive track as well. We’ll even have an interactive workshop where attendees brainstorm specific ideas to implement with their operations and asset management…with the special twist of then presenting these ideas to the group of executives for immediate feedback. It’s time for action, not just thought!
In short, REBA continues to establish itself as THE foundation for data in multifamily housing. We’re so excited to share our vision and learn more about yours, so join us in Vail!
